Friendly staff who were quick to help, plus great amenities. the room was super comfy and spacious, plus had a nice big balcony 🌿. It was handy having a microwave and kettle too!

Liked our 1 night here. Unbeatable location to attractions like a medieval stone bridge, that was really close to the hotel. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lovely and elegant. We ate at a brand-new restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast was delicious with cheeses and jams, for example and had something for everyone. The rooms were all well-organised with large balcony.

The breakfast here was really good and had a nice variety of pastries, jams, and cheeses. the bar downstairs was a great bonus. the staff were amazing, and the location was beautiful, close to a lovely park where you could relax. 🌳

The location is perfect with a view of Ponte Vecchio and the river. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, stylish decoration. Best of all was the helpful and friendly staff. They helped us find excellent restaurants and bars, suggested walks and arranged our transportation. They made our stay special. Thanks Guilia, Leonardo and everyone else on the staff!
